At Core Idea Innovations Private Limited, we are dedicated to providing quality 3D printing services and products. Due to the custom nature of our services, we kindly ask you to review our Return & Refund Policy carefully:

🔁 Returns

As most of our products are customized and made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges once production has started.

No replacement or exchange as this is a customized 3D printing business.

Returns are only accepted if the product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.

💸 Refunds

If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or damage, a refund will be processed.

Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds are not applicable for errors in the client’s provided design files or specifications.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the return is due to our manufacturing error.

Products must be returned to the address specified during the return process.

📍 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only possible before production begins.

Once the 3D printing process has started, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.

⚠️ Important Notes

Please ensure the specifications and designs shared with us are accurate.

Custom products may have minor imperfections that are standard in 3D printing processes and are not considered defects.
